Time is Fleeting

#detoxyobody challenge day 5: Badha Konasana. You can’t see it amidst the lupin, but I actually am in butterfly pose. Today I saw these wildflowers on the side of the road and had to stop and smell the flowers. Their scent was intoxicating; I just had to sit there and enjoy the gorgeous and fleeting beauty. Wildflowers teach us so much about life. Their beauty and vibrate color glows brightly and yet they disappear in the blink of an eye. Things fade and wither so quickly; if we don’t stop and enjoy, they’ll simply pass us by. Bask in every moment, every breath of wildflower sweetness, and every ray of sunshine. Stop and smell the flowers, hug a tree, watch a butterfly fluttering, gaze in wonder at the twinkling stars, and enjoy the living, breathing world around you.
